LUMINREX provides professional services including but not limited to cybersecurity consulting, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, security audits, source code reviews, web development, digital marketing, training programs, internships, workshops, and certification courses. The availability, scope, and pricing of these services may change without prior notice.

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information while registering for services or training programs. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and are accountable for activities conducted through their credentials. Providing false information or impersonating another individual may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

Training materials, laboratories, presentations, videos, assignments, and certifications are intended solely for educational purposes. Students are expected to maintain professional conduct, complete assessments honestly, and comply with the academic policies established by LUMINREX. Completion of a course or issuance of a certificate does not guarantee employment, internships, placements, or professional licensing unless explicitly stated in writing.

Many of the skills taught by LUMINREX involve cybersecurity concepts and security testing methodologies. Users acknowledge that such knowledge is intended exclusively for lawful and authorized activities. LUMINREX strictly prohibits the use of its educational materials or services for unauthorized access, hacking, fraud, malware distribution, denial-of-service attacks, identity theft, or any activity prohibited by applicable law. Any misuse shall be the sole responsibility of the individual involved.

All content made available by LUMINREX, including text, graphics, logos, videos, software, course materials, documentation, laboratories, and assessments, remains the exclusive intellectual property of LUMINREX unless otherwise stated. Fees for services and educational programs shall be governed by the payment and refund policy communicated at the time of purchase. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services or access to educational content.

Clients requesting cybersecurity assessments represent that they possess the necessary legal authority to authorize testing of the systems involved. LUMINREX reserves the right to refuse any engagement where authorization appears inadequate or unlawful. The client remains responsible for obtaining all permissions required before any testing activities commence.

LUMINREX exercises reasonable professional care in delivering its services; however, no security assessment or educational program can guarantee absolute security or specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUMINREX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, reputational harm, or damages arising from the misuse of information or services provided.

LUMINREX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services or educational programs where a user violates these Terms, engages in unlawful conduct, provides false information, infringes intellectual property rights, or acts in a manner that may harm the organization or others. Such termination may occur without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary.

Our website or services may include references or links to third-party websites or platforms. LUMINREX does not control or endorse such third-party services and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having authority over the matter.
